Yoga for Children
Within school terms an afternoon session on Thursdays from 4 - 4:45 pm is available for children to learn how to be calm and mindful, to increase concentration, to raise self confidence and self esteem and to improve strength and flexibility.
Within a fully equipped studio the session covers the yogic principles of Asanas or postures, Pranayama or breathing exercises as well as Relaxation structured with a playful approach.
A friendly, fun and comprehensive approach to Yoga for children aged 6 to 12 years old increasing flexibility, learning relaxation and breathing exercises to calm the mind. Thursdays 4-4:45pm at Twilight Dreams, fully equipped studio and within school terms.
Childrens Yoga classes are also available on demand at our studio or at local schools.
